In Case You Missed Apple Event 2025, Here’s What You Need to Know
Singapore, September 10, 2025 – Apple just wrapped up its 2025 event, and there were plenty of exciting announcements to catch up on. From the brand-new AirPods Pro Gen 3 and the Apple Watch Series 11 with upgraded 5G connectivity, to the long-awaited iPhone 17 lineup that finally puts rumors to rest. Let’s dive in.
Airpods Pro 3
The event kicked off with the introduction of the AirPods Pro 3. During the presentation, Apple proudly highlighted its improved Active Noise Cancellation, which is now claimed to be twice as powerful as the already excellent ANC found on the AirPods Pro 2.
Apple also unveiled a surprising new feature: a built-in heart rate sensor that can monitor your pulse directly through the earbuds. The AirPods Pro 3 also comes with an IP57 rating, making them resistant to light splashes and sweat. Battery life is another improvement, with up to six hours of use even with ANC turned on.
Apple Watch 11
Next up was the Apple Watch lineup. This year, Apple introduced the Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch Ultra 3, and Apple Watch SE 3. Both the Series 11 and the Ultra models now support 5G connectivity. Apple also added health-focused features such as hypertension alerts when blood pressure gets too high, and improved sleep tracking with sleep apnea reminders.
The Series 11 is claimed to last up to 24 hours on a single charge, while the Ultra 3 boasts a slimmer bezel, satellite connectivity for emergencies in remote areas, and an impressive 42-hour battery life. The more affordable Apple Watch SE 3 now includes Always-On Display, a built-in speaker, gesture support, and connectivity for emergency numbers.
iPhone 17 Series
The highlight of the event was, of course, the iPhone 17 series. Apple revealed four models: the iPhone 17, iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. This year, Apple finally refreshed its design language after years of minimal changes. The iPhone 17 now comes with a larger 6.3-inch display, a 48 MP main camera, and a 48 MP ultra-wide camera, powered by the new 3 nm A19 chip.
The iPhone Air made headlines as Apple’s thinnest phone ever at just 5.6 mm thick. It features a single 48 MP main camera and is eSIM-only, meaning there is no physical SIM card slot at all. For power users, the iPhone 17 Pro offers a triple-camera setup with three 48 MP lenses for main, ultra-wide, and telephoto shots, along with the A19 Pro chip. The Pro models also debut an anti-reflective display and Apple’s new vapor chamber cooling system, which promises much better thermal management.
