Singapore, May 27, 2025 – Samsung has just unveiled its latest lineup of AI-powered TVs and soundbars, featuring its very own Vision OS. These new products are designed to be the perfect combination of cutting-edge technology and home personalization, making them the ultimate addition to any household. The launch took place during one of Samsung’s major events, the Unbox and Discover event.

At the event, Samsung introduced two new TVs powered by Vision OS, the Samsung Neo QLED 8K and the Samsung Neo QLED 4K. These are the first TVs from Samsung that utilize AI technology to offer a truly personal experience. With SmartThings integration, the TV adapts to your mood and offers content recommendations based on how you're feeling. On top of that, thanks to Vision OS, your TV becomes more than just a screen. It becomes a personalized canvas with AI-generated wallpapers that reflect your vibe.

Samsung also promised long-term support, with the TVs set to receive updates to the latest One UI Tizen OS for the next 7 years. That’s a major win for anyone who wants peace of mind when investing in a new TV.

During his presentation, Patrick Khor, Head of Department for TV and Audio at Samsung Singapore, shared that the 2025 AI TVs will come with a built-in SmartThings Hub. This feature allows for various smart functions like automatically playing your pet’s favorite videos, managing power usage for energy efficiency, and more.

For those eyeing the flagship model, the Samsung QLED 8K QN990F, it’s equipped with the powerful NQ8 AI Gen3 Pro chip. This advanced chipset delivers incredibly deep detail and clarity, making every frame feel more immersive than ever.

Alongside the new TVs, Samsung also revealed its latest AI-powered soundbar, the HW-Q990F. What sets this soundbar apart is its ability to produce 3D sound by detecting its position in the room. The built-in AI calculates the angle and distance between the soundbar and the user to deliver clearer and more immersive dialogue and sound effects.
